When you sign a lease, the landlord knows everything about you — your payslip, your guarantor, your credit history. You know nothing about the apartment, or who's renting it to you. ZULO levels that: what past tenants actually paid, the real monthly costs, the landlord's track record, moderated reviews — the good and the bad — from people who actually lived there.
Market data — compare rent against similar places nearby and spot abusive hikes before you sign.
Property history — price history and past tenants' experiences, tied to the apartment, not the person who lived there.
Real numbers — what was actually paid each year and each month, reported directly by former tenants. No listing spin, no hidden costs.
